Just in time for spring and summer, I start a new weekly posting - Sunday Grog. I will feature an original recipe from the Ritchey family bartender's guide or cookbook. Today we feature a summer favorite around our house for sunny weekend days... "the :Beachcomber"
- 1/2 c. Meyer's Coconut Rum
- 1&1/2 c. Sky Vodka
- 1/2 c. Orange Juice
- 1&1/2 c. Pineapple Juice
- Measure and mix all ingredients in a 2 cup Pyrex, stir.
- Pour half into fully iced cocktail shaker.
- Shake two or three times until foamy- repeat for remaining mix.
- makes 2 fully iced pint glasses - garnish with orange slice.
