2014 was book ended with two very important life events.
The most recent happened just a few short weeks ago when our daughter, Cassidy, turned 18 years old and received her acceptance letter for college.
We're so very proud of the young woman she has become...
One person who's not with us now, but I'm sure shares that same pride, is Erika's mom, Marion Krueger...
The other book end happened on January 5th of this year.
Marion was called home to the Lord. Marion was the loving wife to Jim Krueger and the most caring mother to my wife Erika and her brother Dan Krueger. She was an amazing mother-in-law to me and to Lori Krueger. Marion was also a wonderful grandmother to Cassidy and Bridgette. She was indeed one of the most giving and gentle people of God you would meet. She will be missed but the things she did in life will shine on forever in the people that she had touched here on Earth.
2014 was a tough year for family loss for our family, I think we attended no less than 3 funerals, missing another and have one still pending. I want to send love and blessings to all of our family and friends who lost loved ones this year. (Sorry I didn't add more)

The year was full of good times as well. A trip to California, lot's of horse shows and blue ribbons, first time touring of Lambeau Field, the Further Bus, great concerts (highlighted by Puddles Pity Party) and even greater friends. Seeing Cassidy's boyfriend Braden graduate a Marine was a unique and gratifying experience.
