Red, White & Blue 'FireCracker' EggRolls - Happy July 4th!!!

Ingredients:
1 pound Tennessee Pride HOT pork sausage
1 package tricolor coleslaw mix
1 jar sweet sour sauce (preferably red color)
1 pack of egg roll wraps (15)

1 small red cabbage
1 egg white
Soy Sauce & cooking oil

*Chop coleslaw mix and add 1 cup fine diced red cabbage set aside
Pan fry the sausage until finely crumbled and brown, drain and combine with cabbage mix. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

*Heat cooking oil in a pan. Mix 2 tbls soy sauce into cabbage and sausage mix, this is now your filling. Make an egg white wash to seal the egg rolls. With a brush egg wash the wraps and add 1/3 cup of the filling. Roll following the guide on your packaging!! Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.  Serve with sweet & sour sauce.
